How reminders work

Add an item, set a due date, choose an earlier reminder date, then tap the reminder bell. iOS may ask for notification permission.

Reschedule a date

Open Vault, edit the item, and change the due date or reminder date. If reminders were enabled, re-enable them so iOS has the current schedule.

Delete stale task text

Use Delete task to clear the associated next task while keeping the due-date record.

Need help?

Use the App Store support contact configured before launch. Include your iOS version, device model, and what you expected Due Keeper to remind you about. Do not send sensitive documents unless support explicitly asks for them.
